Job summary

Lindenberg Emirates LLC seeks an experienced HSE Leader to drive the Health, Safety and Environmental performance across designated projects in the UAE. You will ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements and applicable regulations, manage HSE risks, prevent incidents and foster a strong safety culture through the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required.
• NEBOSH IGC or higher certification required.
• Additional HSE qualifications preferred.
• Minimum 10 years HSE experience in construction/infrastructure.
• Minimum 5 years in supervisory/managerial HSE roles.
• UAE experience preferred.

Job description

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate.
• Additional HSE qualifications (IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001 Internal Auditor, etc.) are preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in construction, infrastructure, utilities, or EPC projects.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or managerial HSE role.
• Experience in sewerage networks, pumping stations, utilities, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• UAE experience preferred.

Knowledge/ Skills:

• UAE HSE legislation and regulatory requirements.
• ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems.
• Risk assessment and hazard management.
• Permit-to-Work (PTW), isolation and LOTO requirements.
• Incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• HSE auditing and compliance monitoring.
• Emergency preparedness and response.
• High-risk construction and electrical safety controls.
• Leadership and team management.
• Subcontractor HSE management.
• Client and stakeholder management.
• HSE reporting and presentation skills.

Excellent communication skills in English. Communication skills in Arabic will be considered an added advantage
