Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental excellence across multiple projects. You will develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and ensure site compliance.
The role requires NEBOSH IGC or Diploma, IOSH/OSHA and First Aid training, 10+ years in construction HSE with GCC/UAE experience, and a valid UAE driving license. Strong leadership and incident investigations are essential.
Develop, implement, and monitor the company's HSE policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, client requirements, and international standards.
Lead HSE teams across multiple projects and conduct regular site inspections and audits.
Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct risk assessments, review method statements, and develop emergency preparedness plans.
Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training programs.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities.
Prepare monthly HSE reports, statistics, and KPIs for management.
Promote and maintain a proactive safety culture throughout the organization.
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of construction HSE experience, including at least 5 years as an HSE Manager in the GCC/UAE.
NEBOSH International Diploma or NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
IOSH Managing Safely, OSHA Certification, and First Aid & Fire Safety Training are required.
Valid UAE Driving License.
Proven experience managing HSE operations across multiple construction sites, including infrastructure, commercial, and high-rise building projects.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, OSHAD, Dubai Municipality, Ras Al Khaimah Municipality, Civil Defense regulations, and ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead HSE teams effectively.
Hands-on experience in risk assessments, incident investigations, HSE audits, site inspections, emergency response planning, contractor management, and legal compliance.
Excellent report writing, communication, HSE training, and toolbox talk delivery skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system knowledge is an advantage.
