Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned HSE Leader to drive safety governance across mega Oil & Gas projects. You will lead a team of HSE professionals, ensure compliance with HSSEQ standards, and deliver safe, on-time project handovers.

The role requires 15+ years in the sector, ADNOC and offshore project experience, and FEED/EPC exposure. Strong English communication and proactive safety leadership are essential to shape a culture of continuous improvement and value for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or equivalent.
15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.
At least 5 years in a similar mega-project leadership role.
ADNOC project experience required.
Offshore project experience required.
Experience in FEED and EPC phases.

Responsibilities

Champion HSSEQ culture and leadership across the project.
Lead a team of HSE professionals (Lead HSE Engineers, Sr. HSE officers).
Ensure compliance with HSE management systems and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement annual HSE plans and procedures.
Oversee hazard analyses, emergency response planning, and incident investigations.
Coordinate HSSEQ input during EPC phases and audits.
