WorleyParsons Arabia Limited Co is seeking a senior HSE leader to ensure HSSE goals are met through personal leadership and active involvement. You will provide HSE management leadership for Owner's activities, develop HSE programs and procedures, and monitor HSSEQ performance across EPC/FEED phases to deliver a safe, compliant, and quality project outcome.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering with 15+ years of Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience, plus 5+ years in mega projects and

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience.
• At least 5 years in a similar mega project role.
• ADNOC project experience required.
• Offshore project experience required.
• PMC experience required.
• Experience in FEED and EPC phases required.

Aufgaben

• Champion the project safety culture and engagement activities.
• Lead a team of HSE professionals such as Sr HSE Engineers and HSE Officers.
• Sound understanding of the HSE Management System and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement annual HSE plans.
• Monitor HSSEQ performance and communicate trends and achievements.
• Coordinate HSE input and review during the EPC phase.
