Job summary

WorleyParsons Arabia Limited Co in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced HSE leader to drive safety across EPC/FEED activities for a mega Oil & Gas project. You will lead HSSEQ programs, ensure regulatory compliance, manage incident investigations, audits, and emergency response planning with Owner and contractors.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 15 years in oil and gas, with ADNOC project exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 15+ years in oil & gas or petrochemical.
• At least 5 years in a mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical project; ADNOC experience preferred.
• Offshore project experience is preferred; PMC experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion the HSSEQ program across EPC/FEED activities.
• Coordinate incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop and implement project HSE plans, procedures and training.
