Job summary

The Sanad Group is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as the lead HR partner for the aviation and aero-engine MRO business area. This role delivers integrated HR support aligned with business priorities, offering senior-level guidance across workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience.

Initially, the Senior HRBP may operate as an individual contributor, with potential to supervise a Senior Specialist – HRBP as the function grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, org development or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in HR/BA related field.
• Professional HR certification (CIPD/SHRM-SCP/SPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted HR advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle and drive improvements.
• Lead organizational design, restructuring, and workforce optimization initiatives.
• Oversee performance management, coaching leaders on development and accountability.
• Lead succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development efforts.
• Drive workforce planning and alignment with Talent Acquisition.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, engagement, wellbeing, and experience.
• Collaborate with COEs to deliver aligned HR programs and services.
