Job summary

Sanad Aero Solutions Gmbh. in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Manager - Finance to oversee all financial operations for the MRO business. You will lead a finance team, ensure IFRS compliance, manage budgeting and forecasting, and provide strategic financial guidance to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include treasury, audits, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize processes and systems such as Hyperion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, CMA or ACCA.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, incl. 5+ years leading a finance function.
• Expert IFRS knowledge and ERP experience; ability to partner with leadership.
• Strong communication, risk management and data-driven decision skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage finance team to meet strategic targets and KPIs.
• Oversee bookkeeping, compliance (IFRS, COSO, VAT, tax) and audits.
• Steer budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and variance analysis.
• Manage treasury, debt, working capital and credit lines.
• Supervise AP/AR, invoicing, procurement compliance and closures.
• Collaborate with leaders on tenders, cost management and system optimizations.
