Job summary

Ghassan Aboud Holding is seeking a Senior HRBP to support business leaders and employees across the full lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, policy guidance, HRIS data, and offboarding.

The role owns the design and delivery of the Group's Learning & Development strategy and the Performance Management framework, with accountability across all Group companies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with hands-on recruitment.
• Experience designing/managing L&D strategies and ROI.
• Experience designing/administering performance frameworks across multi-entity groups.
• Extensive experience sourcing specialized, technical, and senior talent.
• Working knowledge of UAE labour law; proficiency with HRIS/ATS and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the Group's L&D strategy and calendar.
• Lead needs analysis, programme design, and vendor management for group delivery.
• Track L&D ROI and report outcomes to HRD.
• Own design, rollout, and administration of the Group performance cycle.
• Guide managers on SMART goals and scorecard calibration.
• Partner with Corporate HR/Reward to align performance with compensation.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for specialized and senior vacancies.
• Coordinate onboarding, lifecycle transactions, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and reporting.
• Provide advisory support to leaders and employees; escalate policy issues to HRD.
