Job summary

The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years of HR experience, including knowledge of labor law and case management systems. Flexible and remote working options are available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve service scores within the department.
• Ensure accuracy in reporting and project execution.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Contribute to risk and compliance reviews related to employee relations.
• Support audit readiness and implement recommendations.
• Prepare reports on employee relations trends and cases.
