Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank seeks an HR Operations professional to manage staff changes, certificates, and pension registrations in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with onboarding, HR policy teams, and IT to ensure accurate employee data and timely processing of changes.

The role requires hands-on experience with e-HR systems, Leave Management, TAMS, and strong English communication skills to support UAE Local and GCC staff workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of ADIB banking applications and systems.
• Familiarity with policy and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff changes in the e-HR system, including transfers and title changes.
• Upload supporting documents for change requests.
• Coordinate with onboarding to obtain correct codes for requested changes.
• Raise IT tickets to reflect changes in Outlook.
• Ensure timely issuance of staff certificates and staff badges.
• Register UAE Local & GCC staff with pension authorities and maintain records.
• Prepare monthly pension contribution reports and reconcile contributions.
• Validate staff leaves and generate MIS reports for management.
• Assist with audit investigations and internal RCAs.
• Update and maintain leave, attendance, and related documentation.
