Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily biometric attendance, calculate overtime, and prepare monthly payroll accurately.
• Act as the main contact for all factory workers. Explain salary breakdowns and deductions clearly to workers, handle their complaints, manage disciplinary issues, and solve daily conflicts in the factory.
• Work closely with the Production team to screen, hire, and train blue-collar workers. Develop plans to keep experienced workers and reduce turnover. Manage contracts with labor supply agencies.
• Ensure all factory HR operations follow UAE Labor Law and WPS (Wage Protection System) rules. Manage workers medical insurance and handle workplace accident/injury claims.
• Build, improve, and implement clear HR policies, factory labor rules, and disciplinary guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6years of HR experience, with at least 3 years working independently in a UAE factory or manufacturing environment managing blue-collar workers.
• Deep understanding of UAE Labor Law, WPS regulations, and payroll calculations.
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory. Highly proficient in English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Able to handle pressure, make independent decisions, and manage factory workers effectively.
