Job summary

Galadari Heavy Equipment Division is seeking a motivated HR Specialist to support our UAE, KSA & Qatar operations. The role requires an HR generalist who can manage day-to-day people operations and partner closely with the team. The HR Specialist reports to the Head of People & Culture.

The position involves recruitment, onboarding, payroll support and compliance across GCC, with a focus on workforce planning and nationalization goals. English fluency is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of HR generalist experience.
• Sound knowledge of UAE, KSA and Qatar labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational and support roles.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using proactive sourcing.
• Prepare offers, negotiate salaries, and align compensation with grading.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment budgets and labor law compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees.
• Support payroll inputs and HR administrative processes.
• Assist managers with performance management and goal setting.
• Maintain HRIS data and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on workforce planning and nationalization goals.

Human Resources Specialist

Galadari Heavy Equipment Division is seeking a motivated and people orientated Human Resources Specialist to support our operations in United Arab Emirates, KSA & Qatar. This role requires a well-rounded HR generalist who can independently manage day-to-day people operations and partner closely with our wider Team. The HR Specialist will be reporting to the Head of People & Culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational and support roles. Managing volume recruitment across multiple business units with diverse needs.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using proactive sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
• Prepare offers, manage salary negotiations and ensure compensation aligns with internal grading and market benchmarks.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment budgets, diversity targets, and labor law compliance.
• Coordinate smooth onboarding & induction for new employees.
• Support monthly payroll inputs and HR administrative processes.
• Assist department managers with performance management & goal setting.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data, employee files and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on workforce planning and nationalization goals (UAE/KSA).

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+years of HR experience in a generalist capacity
• Sound knowledge of United Arab Emirates, KSA & Qatar labor law
• Proven experience recruiting across the GCC
• Experience in heavy equipment, construction, automotive, industrial or a similar technical sector strongly preferred
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
