Job summary

Windmills Group is a UAE-based asset valuation and advisory firm seeking an experienced HR Manager to align workforce planning and talent acquisition with business objectives. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement across three offices in Dubai and throughout the UAE.

Partner with senior management to ensure UAE Labour Law compliance, manage visa lifecycles, and design scalable HR processes that retain top talent in a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in the UAE.
• Direct experience shaping HR systems with IT/development teams.
• Master's degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• Candidates with law background are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Manage performance management and compensation processes.
• Oversee employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure contracts and HR policies comply with UAE Labour Law.
• Handle visa lifecycle and liaison with authorities.
• Maintain audit-ready HR records across multiple offices.
