Windmills Group in the UAE is seeking an HR professional to handle day-to-day HR operations, from hiring to payroll, and ensure compliance with UAE labour law.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, visas, payroll submissions, employee records, benefits administration, and Emiratisation targets, working with MS Office and HRMS tools.

Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus, and a bachelor's degree in HR or business administration is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years HR experience in UAE.
• Solid knowledge of UAE labour law, MOHRE and WPS processes.
• Experience with HRMS or payroll systems; MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades
