Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an accomplished HR leader to drive strategic people initiatives and align HR with business goals in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and culture building with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of HR experience, including a decade in senior HR roles, and holds SHRM‑SCP or SPHR certifications.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Human Resources from Premier Institute; distance degrees not considered.
• 15–25 years of progressive HR experience; at least 10 years as a HR manager.
• HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR demonstrate ongoing professional development.
• Experience in manufacturing and handling blue-collar employees.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives and managing diverse workforces.

Job description

• Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives, ensuring a proactive approach to workforce planning.

• Drive talent acquisition initiatives by identifying and attracting top talent, utilizing innovative sourcing techniques and maintaining strong employer branding.

• Effective execution of daily HR operation activities

• Oversee employee engagement programs, utilizing data analytics to measure effectiveness, and create initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

• Manage performance management processes, ensuring that feedback and appraisals are conducted regularly to foster continuous improvement among teams.

• Reporting to Owner/CEO of the company, work aligned with their vision and take the business to next level

Desired Candidate Profile

• Masters degree in Human Resources from Premier Institute ( Candidates with distance education degrees will not be considered)

• Minimum of 15-25 years of progressive HR experience, within that at least 10 years as a HR manager.

• Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Should have worked with Manufacturing Industries and should have experience in handling Blue Collar employees.

• Experience in leading organizational change initiatives, showcasing the ability to navigate complex transitions while maintaining employee morale.

• Should be adaptable to multicultural work atmosphere and handling diversity of workforces
