Job summary

PureHealth in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Manager - HR to shape people services, governance and the employee experience. You will lead a team, partner with business leaders, and drive HR improvements across the full lifecycle.

This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, ensuring UAE labour law compliance, robust policies, and streamlined operations that support growth and a people-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in HR governance, compliance, or HR operations.
• Strong background in policy development, HR systems, and service delivery management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; proven ability to develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain HR governance frameworks, policies and procedures aligned with UAE labour law and organisational requirements.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments; lead action plans to address gaps.
• Advise HRBP and leadership on governance, policy interpretation and compliance matters.
• Monitor changes to UAE employment laws and ensure HR practices stay up to date.
• Lead the delivery of employee lifecycle services and HR operations.
• Improve services through better processes, technology, automation and data analytics.
• Oversee employee data systems with a focus on data accuracy, security and confidentiality.
• Champion improvements that enhance the employee experience.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of HR professionals; build relationships with stakeholders.
