Confidential company in Jebel Ali, Dubai is seeking a Senior HR Executive to support core HR operations within a UAE Freezone. This role requires hands-on experience in a Freezone environment and a solid understanding of local compliance processes.

You will manage day-to-day HR activities, process employee documentation, and coordinate using JAFZA, MOHRE and GDRFA portals, ensuring UAE labor compliance. Fluent English and Hindi are necessary, and immediate joining is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years UAE Freezone HR experience (non-negotiable).
• Fluent in English and Hindi; strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day HR operations in a UAE Freezone environment.
