Job summary

Enroll Me UAE, on behalf of a key commercial client in Jebel Ali Free Zone, seeks a Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and government portal administration.

The role requires 2–3 years of UAE freezone experience, hands-on HR generalist skills, and immediate availability. Fluent in English and Hindi, you will handle onboarding, visa processing, contracts, and payroll support while ensuring JAFZA compliance.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of core UAE freezone HR operations experience.
• Experience with JAFZA, MOHRE and GDRFA portals is required.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily HR operations and employee lifecycle tasks.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and digital personnel files.
• Process freezone visa applications and document attestations.
• Handle employment contracts, work permits, pass applications and renewals.
• Monitor attendance and assist payroll within UAE Labor Law.
