Job summary

White & Case, a global law firm, seeks a HR professional to act as a core member of the Middle East People Team in Dubai. The role covers day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee relations, while aligning local practice with global HR initiatives.

CIPD-qualified candidates with professional services experience are preferred. You will work across six Middle East offices, partnering with the Head of HR and HR Manager to drive talent strategies, mobility, and culture

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a professional services or global law firm is advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and client-focused abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support across Middle East offices and advise on policy.
• Manage onboarding, probation, performance reviews and employee lifecycle events.
• Lead investigations and advise managers on employee relations and compliance.
• Collaborate with mobility and global HR teams on visas, secondments and transfers.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and generate leadership reports for the HR function.
• Support salary benchmarking, offers, and compensation communications.
