Job summary

White & Case LLP is seeking a Senior HR Manager for the Middle East on a fixed-term maternity cover in Dubai. You will lead day-to-day HR operations, advise on policy, support recruitment, onboarding, mobility and employee relations, and collaborate with global teams to deliver a best-in-class employee experience.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification (full or part) or equivalent advantageous.
• Professional services background; experience in a global law firm working with fee-earning populations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client focus.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft or WorkDay advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR processes across the Middle East offices, advising on policy and employment law.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, inductions and mobility for the Dubai team.
• Manage employee relations, performance, investigations and probation reviews.
• Support salary, bonus processes and annual evaluations with global teams.
• Partner with HR to deliver regional projects and maintain data integrity.
• Mentor junior team members and drive process improvements.
