Job summary

Aldar Hospitality in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Associate – Investment Management to support the investment cycle, build financial and valuation models, and prepare market assessments for strategic opportunities in hospitality assets.

You will collaborate with the Corporate Director, analyze data and benchmarks, and deliver clear reports and proposals for acquisitions, JVs and expansions to senior management for informed decision making.

Qualifications

• 5 to 6 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent investment research and market analysis to support investment management functions.
• Assist with analysing current and past financial data and performance to identify trends.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and build a database of hospitality operators and brand benchmarks.
• Prepare detailed reports, decks for senior management, and market assessment reports for proposals.
• Develop and maintain documentation including investment matrices and external KPI data.
• Support in preparing investment proposals including acquisitions, JVs, expansions and valuations.
• Foster collaboration across Group-level entities to stay informed on trends and market practices.
• Support development of financial/valuation models and contribute to budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist in developing 5-year business plans and performance reports.
