Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
Strong Excel skills with financial modeling capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is advantageous.
Right to work in the UAE or eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Prepare financial models for hotel assets, including projections and investment analyses.
Conduct market research on hotel performance trends and demand drivers in the MENA region.
Assist in hotel valuations using income, cost and sales comparison approaches.
Support hotel transaction processes, due diligence, and client materials.
Prepare client presentations and analytical deliverables meeting quality standards.
Collaborate with Hotels & Hospitality and other teams in the Dubai office.
