Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Dubai seeks a Graduate Analyst to join the Hotels & Hospitality team. You will support senior colleagues on hotel investment, asset management, and advisory projects across the MENA region, gaining exposure to valuations, market research, financial modeling, and transaction support.

This role offers mentorship, exposure to diverse asset types from luxury resorts to serviced apartments, and opportunities to work on high-profile transactions while developing expertise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Recent graduates (within 1-2 years) or those completing their final year of study are encouraged to apply.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling capabilities.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word for creating professional presentations and reports.
• Aptitude for quantitative analysis and financial concepts.
• Analytical capabilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to interpret financial statements, market data, and hospitality operating metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is advantageous.
• Right to work in UAE or visa sponsorship eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial models for hotel assets, including revenue projections, operating expense analysis, and capex forecasts.
• Build discounted cash flow models and investment return analyses for acquisitions and dispositions in the MENA region.
• Conduct market research on hotel performance, supply, and demand drivers in Dubai and the region.
• Analyze STR, RevPAR, occupancy, and tourism metrics to inform recommendations.
• Assist in hotel valuations using income, cost, and sales comparison approaches.
• Work on diverse asset types from luxury resorts to serviced apartments.
• Participate in hotel transaction processes, due diligence coordination, and information memoranda preparation.
• Prepare client deliverables and presentations with clear data analyses.
• Ensure work meets JLL quality standards and deadlines, considering regional nuances.
• Collaborate with teams across Hotels & Hospitality, Capital Markets, Valuation & Advisory in Dubai and MENA.
• Engage in training to accelerate career growth.
