The role requires strong financial modelling, market research, and stakeholder collaboration to drive strategic investment decisions for a leading hospitality and real estate platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Experience in investment management, hospitality/real estate sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent investment research and market analysis.
• Support acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial and valuation models for investment decisions.
• Prepare investment committee papers, board materials, and market assessments.
• Build databases on operators, brands, benchmarks, and investment metrics.
• Assist in business cases, feasibility studies, and acquisition proposals.
