Job summary

You will work with the Investment Director evaluating opportunities, building financial models, coordinating due diligence, and preparing leadership-ready materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
• Professional qualification (CFA/ACA/ACCA/CPA) is advantageous.
• 3 years of investment analysis, corporate finance, M&A or related experience.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation experience; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, including operating, valuation and return analyses.
• Perform financial analysis to support investment screening, evaluation and transaction execution.
• Assess investment opportunities through detailed financial and commercial review.
• Conduct sensitivity, scenario and return analyses to support decision-making.
• Prepare investment screening papers, committee materials, and executive presentations.
• Support investment opportunities through the deal lifecycle.
• Assist in evaluating acquisitions, investments and partnerships.
• Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, competitors and opportunities.
• Research comparable companies, transactions and trading multiples.
• Ensure timely completion of diligence activities and milestones.
• Maintain and track opportunities across the deal pipeline.

A leading diversified investment group based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Investment Analyst to support its investment and M&A activities.

This role will work closely with the Investment Director in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, coordinating due diligence activities, and preparing investment materials for senior leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting transaction execution, pipeline management, and investment decision-making processes.

• Assess investment opportunities through detailed financial and commercial review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• CFA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is advantageous.
• 3 years of relevant experience in Investment Analysis, Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Transaction Advisory, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development or Financial Due Diligence.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
• Experience supporting transactions and investment evaluations is highly preferred.
