• Experience working directly with OEMs or major automotive distributors preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to build data‑driven business cases.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define customer target segments and align product lines with UAE market expectations.
• Manage full vehicle product lifecycle from launch to phase‑out, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
• Optimize portfolio mix through volume planning, grade strategy, and profit‑per‑unit improvements.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking to refine product specifications and pricing frameworks.
• Build strong OEM partnerships to influence pricing, product configuration, and financial support decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Demand and Supply teams to manage stock levels and reduce ageing inventory.
• Own retail pricing models, discount structures, and campaign guidelines to protect brand equity and margins.
• Lead cross‑functional product launch readiness including pricing, stock planning, and commercial strategy execution.
