SIMS Home Healthcare Center is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with deep UAE healthcare sector experience. The role focuses on driving revenue growth in home healthcare, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks, and on building strategic partnerships across the UAE.

The candidate will develop opportunities, lead negotiations, and manage the end-to-end BD cycle to secure new clients and long-term contracts, aligning with company goals and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare business development and UAE market preferred.
• Ability to build strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, insurers, and corporate clients.
• Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and expand market presence in the UAE healthcare sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, insurers, corporate clients, and medical centers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, corporate contracts, referral partnerships, and service agreements.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
• Develop partnerships to promote home healthcare services including nursing care and doctor-on-call services.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitors, and growth areas.
• Manage the full BD cycle from prospecting to negotiations and client onboarding.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly BD targets.
• Maintain a strong professional network within the UAE healthcare sector.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and revenue growth.
