Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior construction manager with a strong track record in on-site leadership for multi-story high-rise and villa schemes.

You will oversee concrete blockwork, finishes, and external works while directing labor, crane operations, and logistics. Ideal candidates bring 12+ years of field construction management experience, a Civil Engineering degree (attested), and UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required and must be attested with equivalency & MOFA.
• 12+ years of field construction management experience.
• Experience with Tier-1 UAE civil contractors on multi-story high-rises, gated communities, or villa schemes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction operations covering structural concrete blockwork, finishes, and external works.
• Plan and deploy direct labor crews, foremen and heavy machinery to maximize site productivity.
• Manage site logistics, crane schedules, material laydown, yards and site access routes.
• Supervise subcontractor packages ensuring conformance to shop drawings, method statements and schedules.
• Conduct preliminary quality checks prior to WIRs to consultants.
• Ensure mandatory safety briefings, toolbox talks, permit-to-work systems and PPE enforcement across all crews.
• Resolve day-to-day site technical queries and inter-trade coordination hurdles.
• Review and submit daily manpower, machinery and production logs to the Project Manager.
