Job summary

AL Marwan General Contracting Company in the UAE is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the site execution of a mega-scale high-rise project. You will manage 50+ storey towers, deep basements, structural works, MEP coordination, façade activities, and large construction teams.

You will drive look-ahead planning, ensure safety and quality, coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams, and deliver against programme targets with a strong focus on HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of site-based construction experience.
• 5–7 years as a Construction Manager on major high-rise projects.
• Proven UAE experience in 50+ storey towers and deep basement construction.
• Strong knowledge of formwork systems (Doka, PERI), post-tensioning, high‑strength concrete.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site execution and ensure works meet programme, quality and safety standards.
• Drive structural floor cycles and monitor daily/weekly targets.
• Manage deep excavation, shoring, dewatering, raft foundations and basements.
• Coordinate structural, MEP, façade/curtain wall and finishing interfaces.
• Oversee tower cranes, hoists, material movement, manpower and site logistics.
• Coordinate subcontractors, foremen, suppliers, consultants and project teams.
• Ensure timely closure of NCRs, inspections, ITRs and QA/QC requirements.
• Enforce HSE standards including lifting, working at height and heat-stress controls.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the site execution of a mega-scale high-rise building project in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing 50+ storey towers, deep basements, structural works, MEP coordination, façade activities, site logistics, and large construction teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site execution and ensure works are delivered according to programme, quality, and safety requirements.




• Drive structural floor cycles and monitor daily/weekly construction targets.




• Manage deep excavation, shoring, dewatering, raft foundations, and basement construction.




• Coordinate structural, MEP, façade/curtain wall, and finishing interfaces.




• Manage tower cranes, hoists, material movement, manpower, and overall site logistics.




• Coordinate subcontractors, foremen, suppliers, consultants, and project teams.




• Ensure timely closure of NCRs, inspections, ITRs, and QA/QC requirements.




• Enforce HSE standards, including lifting operations, working at height, edge protection, and heat-stress controls.




• Prepare and drive 3-week look-ahead plans and daily site targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.




• 10-15 years of site-based construction experience.




• Minimum 5-7 years as a Construction Manager on major high-rise projects.




• Proven UAE experience in 50+ storey towers and deep basement construction.




• Strong knowledge of modern formwork systems such as Doka / PERI, post-tensioning, high-strength concrete, and concrete pumping.




• Good working knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project.




• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety certification is an advantage.




• Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and site-management skills.




• Fluent English; Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic would be an advantage.
