Job summary

Bybit Limited is seeking a data-driven BI Analyst to empower the Payment business with deep analytical insights. You will own analytics across Crypto Pay, stablecoin payments, merchant payments, and cross-border transactions, building frameworks and dashboards to inform strategy.

Collaborate with Product, Operations, and BD to translate data into actionable product growth, improve payment performance, and drive data-driven decisions across regional markets in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Math, CS, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in BI, analytics, or product analytics, preferably in payments/fintech.
• Solid knowledge of payment models, merchant scenarios, and growth drivers.
• Proficient in SQL and Python; experienced with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics projects from definition to impact evaluation.
• Build KPI frameworks, dashboards, models for Payment business.
• Analyze payment flow, user/merchant behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Product, Ops, and Biz to translate analyses into actions.
