Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks an experienced Business Manager with 8–10 years in Industrial Automation sales to drive growth across the Middle East & Africa. You will develop strategies, identify opportunities with OEMs, EPCs, system integrators, and end users in Oil & Gas, Power, Utilities, Marine, Water, and Manufacturing.

You will manage full sales cycles, build relationships with consultants, project owners, procurement, and decision-makers, and lead technical and commercial proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of sales and business development experience in Industrial Automation.
• Strong network with major OEMs, EPC contractors, engineering consultants, and industrial end users across the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with major OEMs, EPCs, system integrators, and industrial end users.
• Build and maintain relationships with engineering consultants, project owners, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
• Promote Industrial Automation solutions including PLC, SCADA, DCS, SIS, RTU, HMI, Cybersecurity, and Digitalization solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and opportunity qualification through proposal submission, negotiation, and contract award.
• Work closely with engineering and project delivery teams to develop technical and commercial proposals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop strategic account plans for key customers and maximize cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts using CRM tools.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, technical presentations, exhibitions, and industry events.
