Job summary

Grandiose is seeking a senior Performance Marketing Lead (eCommerce) to spearhead app-centric customer acquisition, retention, and revenue across our online supermarket channels. You will own planning, execution, optimization, reporting, and analytics while managing agencies and budgets.

The role is hands-on, leading campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other mobile platforms, with a focus on app installs, engagement, and lifecycle marketing.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in performance or growth marketing.
• Hands-on managing paid media across Google, Meta, TikTok.
• Experience in ecommerce, quick commerce, or marketplaces.
• Proven ability to lead agencies and budgets.
• Comfortable with CRM, retention and lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid media campaigns for mobile app downloads and acquisitions.
• Plan retargeting and performance-led branding campaigns.
• Direct app-install and engagement campaigns on key platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to optimize customer journey.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and ROAS with dashboards.
• Coordinate with CRM for lifecycle campaigns.
• Lead agencies and ensure delivery against KPIs.
