qlub is scaling fast across markets, and we seek a Growth Marketing Director to drive our B2B paid acquisition. You’ll own the full stack—from creative strategy to media buying, funnel optimization, tracking, and reporting—working closely with Sales under clear SLAs to turn cold traffic into qualified pipeline.

Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn with $100K+ monthly budgets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in performance marketing with proven B2B results
• Experience managing large-scale paid media budgets
• Strong CRO and tracking/analytics background
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and scale paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn
• Own the funnel from ad to lead handoff with clear lead qualification criteria
• Build attribution and reporting infrastructure to guide scaling decisions
• Hire and lead a small team of marketers and external partners
• Collaborate with Sales under SLAs to drive revenue-generating pipeline
