Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations end-to-end across multiple countries, ensuring compliance and service excellence.
• Oversee onboarding, contracts, transfers, and separations for a global workforce.
• Manage UAE immigration, expatriate contracts, and international assignment documentation.
• Drive HR governance, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
• Develop and mentor HR Operations, Data, Systems, and PRO teams; influence regional HR teams.
