Michael Page seeks a Group HR Director – Healthcare to lead regional people strategy and shape workforce growth for a leading healthcare services group operating across multiple GCC markets. The role reports to the executive team and drives talent, development, and workforce planning across multi-site entities.

Qualificações

• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• At least 8–10 years in healthcare organisations.
• Experience leading HR across multi-site and multi-country operations.
• Proven track record partnering with CEOs, Boards, or executive leadership teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute group-wide human capital strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team.
• Lead HR operations, governance, policies, and workforce planning across multiple entities.
• Drive talent acquisition strategies for clinical, corporate, and executive hiring.
• Establish succession planning, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness programs.
• Oversee learning and development initiatives, including a healthcare academy framework.
• Lead employee engagement, wellbeing, culture, and retention initiatives.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and reward strategies.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and workforce localisation requirements.
• Support acquisitions, integrations, hospital openings, and expansion projects.
• Monitor HR metrics, workforce analytics, and organisational performance indicators.
• Build relationships with regulatory authorities, academic institutions, and external partners.
