Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced HR leader to shape and execute a group-wide human capital strategy for a leading healthcare services group operating across GCC markets. You will partner with the executive leadership to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession, and organisational development across multiple entities.

The role requires 15+ years of HR leadership, Arabic and English fluency, deep UAE/KSA labour law knowledge, and a proven track record with CEOs/Boards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Arabic Speaker ESSENTIAL.
• 8–10 years of experience within healthcare organisations.
• Experience leading HR across multi-site and multi-country operations.
• Proven track record partnering with CEOs, Boards, or executive leadership teams.
• Fluent English and Arabic language skills.
• Knowledge of UAE and KSA employment laws and localisation programs.
• Postgraduate qualifications or HR certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute group-wide human capital strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as strategic advisor to executive leadership.
• Lead HR operations, governance, policies, and workforce planning across entities.
• Drive talent acquisition strategies for clinical, corporate, and executive hiring.
• Establish succession planning, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness programs.
• Oversee learning and development initiatives, including a healthcare academy framework.
• Lead employee engagement, wellbeing, culture, and retention initiatives.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and reward strategies.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and localisation requirements.
• Support acquisitions, integrations, hospital openings, and expansion projects.
• Monitor HR metrics, workforce analytics, and performance indicators.
• Build relationships with regulatory authorities, academic institutions, and external partners.
