Job summary

Euro Gulf Techno Services L.L.C in Dubai seeks an experienced Group HR Manager to lead HR operations across MEP contracting, interior fit-out and facilities management. You will manage the full employee lifecycle for office staff, engineers, site supervisors and large site teams.

The role requires 15+ years in HR with 8+ years in a managerial position within the UAE construction sector, strong UAE labour law knowledge, and hands-on HRMS/ERP/WPS experience to ensure compliant payroll and services.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of HR experience with 8+ years in management in UAE construction.
• Proven experience handling large blue‑collar workforces and labour accommodation.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and MOHRE/GDRFA processes.
• Experience with HRMS/ERP payroll systems and WPS compliance.
• Experience in performance management, goal setting, and development planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan manpower and lead recruitment for office, engineering and site teams.
• Oversee visa lifecycle and MOHRE/GDRFA/Emiratisation processes.
• Manage payroll inputs, benefits, leave and end-of-service calculations.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and labour law compliance.
• Oversee labour accommodation and worker welfare for site teams.
• Run appraisals and coordinate mandatory training with HSE and operations.
• Maintain HRMS data and deliver monthly HR reports to management.
• Lead the HR, payroll and PRO team.
