Job summary

Our client in Dubai seeks a seasoned Group HR Manager to lead HR across multiple companies with a contract-driven environment. You will shape HR policies, oversee recruitment, payroll, compensation, contracts, and vendor management while driving workforce development across diverse sectors.

The role requires strategic thinking, cross-company collaboration, and strong knowledge of labor laws. A PHR/SHRM-SCP or equivalent certification is preferred, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in a senior HR management role within a multi-company or geographically dispersed organization.
• Experience with contract-based environments and managing external HR vendors.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Strong recruitment, talent management, and employee relations skills.
• Expertise in compensation and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in HR software and systems.
• A relevant HR certification (PHR, SHRM-SCP) is strongly preferred.

• Oversee payroll processing and financial HR activities.
• Stay informed of HR trends and best practices and share knowledge with the team.
• Manage contracts for contract employees and outsourced HR services.
• Communicate HR policies and procedures across companies and stakeholders.
