Job summary

Al Tayer Group is seeking a Senior Government Fleet Sales Advisor in Abu Dhabi to drive government and semi-government fleet sales. You will build strong client relationships, manage tenders, and guide opportunities from lead generation to delivery and payment collection.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in automotive sales, with proven success in fleet or government accounts and knowledge of UAE tender processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience, preferably fleet or government sales.
• Strong knowledge of UAE government tender processes and procurement systems.
• Proven track record of achieving fleet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with government and semi-government clients.
• Identify fleet sales opportunities through tenders, direct sales, and partnerships.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to delivery and payment collection.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documentation in compliance with government requirements.
• Coordinate internally with operations, logistics, finance, and aftersales teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government procurement updates.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and maintain updated pipeline reports.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.
