dmg events: Energy Portfolio is seeking a dynamic Business Development Lead to drive sponsorship, exhibition, partnership and media revenue across a portfolio of energy events. You will identify new business, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and support launches by securing sponsors, exhibitors and partners across the Middle East, Europe, Asia and beyond.

Formación

• Minimum two years’ experience in B2B event sales.
• Proven experience selling sponsorships, exhibition packages, partnerships or related commercial solutions.
• Strong record of generating new business through proactive outbound sales and client meetings.
• Ability to develop opportunities across new markets and international territories.
• Confidence engaging senior decision-makers and executives.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM to manage sales activity and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and convert new commercial opportunities through cold outreach, networking and meetings.
• Sell sponsorships, exhibition packages, partnerships, branding opportunities and bespoke event solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through negotiation, contracting and closing.
• Grow accounts through rebooking, upselling and cross-selling across events and markets.
• Support new event launches and market development with sponsor and partner pipelines.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast and pipeline updates.
• Collaborate with event management, marketing, content and finance to deliver sponsor value.
