Job description

VP – Corporate Finance & Transformation:

I’m currently supporting a confidential search for a senior finance leader to join a large, diversified, multi-market organization with operations across the Middle East and Asia.

This is a significant leadership mandate for someone who can combine strong financial governance and controllership expertise with transformation, systems and operational excellence.

The role will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team and take ownership across key areas including:

• Corporate finance, governance and financial controls
• Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Treasury, liquidity and working capital optimization
• Financial consolidation, statutory reporting and IFRS compliance
• Finance transformation and the development of a Shared Services model
• ERP and finance systems transformation, automation and digitalization
• Financial policies, controls and Delegation of Authority frameworks
• Banking relationships, funding and capital structure
• Leadership and development of senior finance teams across multiple markets

The ideal profile will bring 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including substantial senior leadership exposure within a large, complex and multi-entity organization. Experience within FMCG, retail, consumer, e-commerce or a diversified conglomerate environment would be particularly relevant.

We are particularly interested in leaders who have personally driven large-scale finance transformation, rather than purely managed an established finance function.

Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA or CFA would be highly valued.
