Job summary

NicheHR Global is helping a major FMCG group in Dubai recruit a Tower Lead – Finance to own end-to-end operations for R2R, P2P or O2C. You will drive accuracy, timeliness, controls and continuous improvement while coordinating with stakeholders.

The candidate should be a CA / inter-CA / MBA Finance / M.Com with 5–8 years' experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and capability to manage KPIs, SLAs and audits. Location is Dubai, UAE.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Tower Leads – Finance to lead and manage finance operations across one for each of the key process towers: Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C).

The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and efficient delivery of the assigned finance process, while driving strong controls, process discipline, operational efficiency and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will lead the relevant team and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end process execution and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end operations of the assigned finance tower: R2R, P2P or O2C.
• Ensure accurate, timely and efficient processing of all transactions and activities within the assigned process area.
• Manage and monitor service delivery against defined KPIs, SLAs, quality standards and productivity targets.
• Lead the team responsible for the relevant finance process and ensure effective workload planning and resource allocation.
• Drive process standardization, simplification and continuous improvement across the assigned tower.
• Ensure adherence to finance policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls and governance requirements.
• Identify process gaps, recurring issues and operational risks, and drive timely resolution through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Work closely with internal finance and business stakeholders to resolve process, accounting and service delivery issues.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end activities relevant to the assigned process tower.
• Ensure appropriate documentation, reconciliations, controls and approvals are maintained in line with company requirements.
• Support internal and external audit requirements and ensure timely closure of observations relating to the assigned process.
• Identify and support automation and digitization opportunities to improve process efficiency, accuracy and turnaround times.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance and capability development
• Prepare regular operational reports and performance updates for relevant stakeholders.Support process transitions, system changes and transformation initiatives relevant to the assigned finance tower.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain a high standard of service delivery and process ownership.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) / inter-CA / MBA Finance / M.com or equivalent with 5-8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Strong experience in one or more core finance process areas: R2R, P2P or O2C, with end-to-end process ownership.
• Experience leading teams and managing KPIs, SLAs, controls, reconciliations and operational performance.
• FMCG / consumer goods or experience within a large, complex, multi-entity organization will be preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and process improvement capabilities.
