Ideal candidates possess 15+ years in specialty coffee, F&B, or hospitality with strong leadership and strategic oversight.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Specialty Coffee, F&B, Customer Service, or Hospitality
• Strong knowledge of the Specialty Coffee & F&B industry
• Proven experience managing multiple branches and overall company operations
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Ability to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations
• Proven ability to increase sales, improve profitability, and develop new business opportunities
