Candidate Requirements

• More than 15 years of relevant experience in Specialty Coffee, F&B, Customer Service, or Hospitality
• Strong knowledge of the specialty coffee and F&B industry
• Proven experience managing multiple branches and overall company operations
• Excellent leadership and team-management skills
• Strong understanding of customer service and hospitality standards
• Ability to manage daily operations and ensure all branches run smoothly and efficiently
• Strong sales and business development skills
• Proven ability to increase sales, improve profitability, and achieve business targets
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• A hands-on, professional, and results-oriented approach
