Job summary

KPMG Lower Gulf is seeking a Sr. Consultant in Abu Dhabi to deliver Global Business Services advisory, managed services, transformation, and outsourcing solutions across SG&A operations.

You will participate in solution design, transition, and ongoing outsourcing governance, collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong finance expertise, project management, and the ability to develop business cases and market-ready insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, finance or accounting from a top school.
• Professional certifications (CPA/CMA/PMP/Six Sigma) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant consulting experience, preferably Big 4.
• Experience in GBS/SSO advisory, transformation and outsourcing.

• Deliver GBS advisory, managed services, and outsourcing solutions.
• Support clients across SG&A operations.
• Lead solution design, transition, and governance over outsourcing initiatives.
• Develop business cases and contribute to thought leadership and market insights.
