Job summary

KPMG Lower Gulf Limited is seeking a seasoned finance professional with at least 5 years of financial accounting experience, preferably from a big four environment, to lead and deliver complex engagements across the MENA market.

You will own deliverables, manage client relationships, coach junior staff, and contribute to risk management, governance and business development while applying IFRS and IPSAS knowledge and leveraging tools such as Excel, Power BI, Oracle or SAP.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of financial accounting experience in a relevant organization.
• Experience in MENA market highly recommended.
• Industry knowledge in Energy, Healthcare, Financial Services or Public sector.
• Strong awareness of non-technical accounting matters (corporate finance, ESG, deals, tax, legal).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects or work-streams of small to medium size and complexity.
• Contribute to planning and delivery of engagements with timelines and resources.
• Liaise with clients and act as an ambassador for KPMG.
• Own deliverables with minimal input from leadership and complete reports and proposals.
• Develop expertise across clients and markets and build client relationships.
