Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Manager to lead the Gaming Credit & Collections team in the UAE. You will supervise staff, implement credit policies, review applications for guest creditworthiness, and monitor aging and risk to ensure compliant operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in credit management with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and proficiency with Excel and credit management software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in credit management, collections, or related finance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Good understanding of international legal framework for issuance and collection of credit.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of credit principles, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting/credit management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor the gaming credit and collections team.
• Ensure effective credit policies and procedures to responsibly extend credit and minimize risk.
• Review and endorse gaming credit applications with thorough verification of guest creditworthiness.
• Monitor outstanding balances and prepare regular risk and aging reports for management.
• Oversee payment arrangements and settlements per company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Escalate collection efforts with Assistant Director and coordinate with legal counsel when needed.
