Qualifications

• 5+ years in credit management or collections, with 2+ in a supervisory role.
• Understanding international credit law and regulatory compliance.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/credit management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor the gaming credit and collections team.
• Ensure effective credit policies and minimize risk.
• Review and endorse gaming credit applications with thorough verification.
• Monitor outstanding balances and prepare risk/aging reports.
• Oversee payment arrangements and settlements per policy.
• Coordinate with legal during collections and audits.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls.
• Liaise with operations, cage, finance, and legal teams to resolve issues.
• Provide training and development for credit staff.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Support audits with requested documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service with professional credit management.
