Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with end-to-end feature ownership.
• Experience with modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience in development and operations with focus on performance and reliability.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset for improvements and mentoring in a senior role.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of software engineering from design to production and maintenance.
• Collaborate with PMs and designers to shape feature requirements.
• Lead architectural decisions for scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Ensure monitoring, alerting, and operational reliability of features.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of ownership and quality.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold high standards for security and performance.
• Troubleshoot incidents and improve resilience based on learnings.
• Design, develop and maintain full-stack apps using Python, Flask, FastAPI, AWS, Angular and SQL.
