Sokin is expanding its global payments platform and seeks a Senior Business Development Manager in Dubai to lead mid‑market and enterprise opportunities. You will source, qualify, and engage high‑value prospects, building a robust pipeline and coordinating with senior stakeholders across functions.

You will gain exposure to global payments, FX, and treasury solutions, leveraging a proven sales playbook to accelerate your path toward sales leadership within a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven enterprise sales experience.
• Track record of managing complex, high-value deals.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders (C-level).
• Strong CRM discipline and reporting.
• Tech-savvy with modern sales tools; Zoho is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, research, and develop new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise segments.
• Conduct structured qualification by evaluating client needs, treasury requirements, FX exposure, and cross-border complexities.
• Lead initial engagement with senior stakeholders via multi-channel outreach.
• Secure and coordinate high-value discovery calls and commercial meetings.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, Product and Onboarding to drive opportunity conversion.
